As the name indicates, the To The Bone is all about meat. For the menu, the makers tackled and polished North-Italian classics.  The beef filet with yuzu-glazed carrots and miso butter is one of the great delights – as is the marrow bone with ox tail confit and crostini.

The foundation of these creations are excellent products with distinct regional character. The traditional kitchen craft also enjoys particular respect: The restaurant works closely with Italian butcher legend Dario Cecchini and has the pasta made, rolled, cut and filled by a Signora from Emilia Romagna.

The interior design is urban: Style elements from industrial design, club culture and salon life are combined with a healthy portion of eclecticism. Modern art on the walls gives the place a final touch.

The bar celebrates Northern Italian Aperitive culture: Along with Negroni variants and cocktail creations, fresh Venetian snacks are served. What more could you ask for?
