In the middle of the Cumulus Park, in Amsterdam’s rising Zuidoost quarter, Michiel Deenik takes us on a culinary trip in his restaurant.

The architecture studio The Powerhouse Company created the matching frame with a gazebo that feels airy and light thanks to its generous glass facade and integrates itself harmoniously into the look of the surrounding buildings.

The interior is dominated by warm, natural colors and materials. The roof that in its shape reminds of a ship hulk is covered with 250 planks of larch wood.
