Restaurant owner Simon Rogan has been trained by the best: Marco Perre White and Jean-Christophe Novelli in England and Alain Senderens in Paris. His restaurant in the legendary Midland Hotel seats 50 people. Design Director Trudi Purtill worked with subtle colors; light woods, pastel wall panels as well as carpeting with a wooden pattern set a light frame. Two large chandeliers add to the friendly atmosphere.
The French’s location has a huge history. Rolls Royce was founded in the Midland Hotel in 1904. Many celebrities are guests here. Only the Beatles were not admitted in the 60s. Their outfits were not proper…
