The Abbot’s Cellar

The restaurant is located in the former Valencia Hotel, which became victim of an earthquake in 1906. Guests can take a trip to centruies-old monaterial beer brewing in a relaxed environment. This trip is supported by the interior design. Abbot’s Cellar combines historic structural elements with contemporary design. Monasterial heritage is mixed with historic quotations around the topics eating and drinking.

In 2013, Abbot’s Cellar was among the World’s Best New Restaurants.
