The two story high building of the Stiltsville Fish Bar is located on the Sunset Harbor and style-wise refers to childhood memories fo chef Mcinnes. They lead to the Texan Panhandle and the local fisheries.

Unpretentiously presented seafood is also the culinary theme, very much fitting the casual interior design with garage doors opening to Purdy Avenue and a small fish market stand at the end of the long bar made of concrete and wood.

The dining room on top has three striking sea shell chandeliers as well as maritime details such as sailcloth covered furniture or decorative ropes.

The name refers to the historic Stiltsville, a stilt home area on sand banks of the Biscayne Bay. Local connect romantic memories with prohibition days: Back then, Stiltsville was a bit more relaxed as well.
