New York’s Bluarch studio was responsible for architecture, interior and light design of the private club in Tribeca. Further, Antonio Di Oronzo from Bluarch especially designed furniture such as sofas and work tables for the Spring Place club.

Besides the club area, in which creatives from fashion and film business, the arts and economy can meet and network, Spring Place also offers office and co-working spaces, a restaurant and a bar.

Bluarch was inspired by brutalist architecture in their design of the space – concrete is omnipresent. The lowered lounge with its red lamb wool rug over which a brass ceiling installation floats is especially impressive.

Art also plays a big role at Spring Place. Befriended galleries regularly lend art works. The architects created ledges, showcases and white walls for their exhibition. Architecture
