The sensible transformation of an historic 18th Century town house into an elegant urban living space includes, in the case of the Boutique-Hotels Sant Jaume, an atrium with a spectacular blue and white art installation, a work by Spain’s Robert Ferrer i Martonell.

Modern sofas in muted shades like copper, grey or mushroom fit the stone floors and further works of modern art. The hotel’s logo in the shape of a pineapple is cited throughout the hotel.

The 36 spacious rooms and suites feature lots of wood and natural color shades in grey, moss and creme textiles. The rooftop terrace with its pool offers a great view of Palma’s cathedral.

The hotel’s Tomeu restaurant amb Barrels is lead by a Michelin star awarded chef: Tomeu Caldentey. He reinterprets Majorcan classics.
