The moment you step into the Salon restaurant at Hotel Villa Dagmar, a feeling of slowing down immediately washes over you. This is no accident: Per Öberg, Anna Cappelen, and Helena Belfrage have realized their vision of a dining room with the ambiance of a living room. Soft, reddish lighting and carefully selected antiques, some from aristocratic households and complemented by fabrics from renowned Parisian fashion houses, create a feeling of arrival and homecoming.

This also reflects the concept of “perfect imperfection,” where private and professional spaces often diverge. The hand-picked menu by the two Michelin-starred chefs, Daniel Höglander and Niclas Jönsson, guarantees a flawless experience. Guests can choose between à la carte options and a meticulously curated five- or seven-course tasting menu. All dishes are inspired by traditional cuisine, which is given a modern and sometimes surprising interpretation. The Salon’s décor also reflects seasonal changes, being updated regularly.

The interior furnishings come from various parts of the world, vases for example from Morocco and the fabrics from France.
