An exciting experiment: How do you mix Sake with Italian bar feeling? In the Sakeya bar, sommeliers who have been trained regarding the Japanese rice whine serve not only extra fine variants of the drink but also unique cocktails mixed with Sake.

Flavio Angiolillo, who already runs famous bars in Milan like the 1930 or the Mag Café, was responsible for concept and interior.

The design changes between the look-an-feel of traditional Japanese Sake storehouses and Italian enothekas. Dark wood and rusty red brick walls dominate the room and are staged by warm light sources.

The Sake specialties can best be enjoyed in the cozy vintage chair areas of the bar.
