This January, the Rhudo restaurant opened in the Barrio de Salamanca, a district characterized by Michelin-awarded restaurants and luxury shopping, with a generous 500 seats – a combination of lounge, club and restaurant.
The latter is run by one of Spain’s best chefs: Paco Roncero creates avant-garde dishes based on Mediterranean cuisine, while mixologist Miguel Pastor, another magician in his field, is at the helm of the bar.
The furnishings: comfortable, minimalist, functional. Marbella’s Archidom Studio also uses bold color accents in the interior, such as the green tiled wall at the back of the restaurant.
The owners of Rhudo are actors and world-famous sportsmen, including French team footballer Antoine Griezmann.
