Visible from afar, the two tall towers of Raffles form a crescent shape that dominates the surrounding area and echoes Qatar’s unofficial coat of arms, which is based on the crossed scimitars deeply rooted in the country’s history.
The left of the two Raffles towers offers its guests spacious, luxurious suites, a private cinema, an impressive outdoor pool, and various culinary hotspots. The largest suite spans two floors and includes an in-house elevator, swimming pool, hammam, and hair salon.
Incidentally, all suites offer a choice of individual room fragrances, a collaboration with the French perfume house Compoz. The hotel’s spa areas are finished in dazzling white marble and offer treatments of the highest international standard.
In the Blue Cigar Writer’s Lounge, guests have access to an extensive library, some of which contains first editions. The latter are retrieved by the hotel librarian and can then be read while wearing white gloves.
