The famous and beautiful bird of the Mayas, the Central American Quetzal, gave this restaurant its name and spreads his wings over the guests. The Partisans design studio also highlighted the ceiling with organic curves.

A stylish approach typical for this creative collective. The Scandinavian furniture style sets different accents, whereby the comfortable design of the wooden chairs reminds of the golden era of Scandinavian design of the past century.

The menu positions itself towards modern interpretations of Mexican cuisine. Some of them on an over eight meters long open fire – a truly great experience.

Our favorite on the restaurant’s grill menu: “Filet de Paleta Wagyu” – a flat but 226 gram heavy flat-iron Wagyu steak
