Pretty cheesy: The Poncelet Cheese Bar dedicates 400 square meters to Manchego, Raclette, Mozzarella etc. Over 140 types of cheese can be found on the menu. Cheese is definitely king here–proven already by the diamond shaped counter.

Aesthetically, the premise in the Hotel Meliá Sarriá also features a unique maturity. The design studio estudiHac from Valencia used mainly noble materials such as marble, oak and copper as well as a fine selection of colorful fabrics for the interior. Just like a fine cheese, an interior can also gain more and more character with time – thanks to its well aging components.

Those who want to get to know the Parmigiano on their salad a little better should check out the library. There you have access to and can explore literature about cheese. Afterwards you can share your knowledge with other guests at the long community table.

Don’t be afraid to taste your way across the assortment: all cheeses are marked regarding origin, species and intensity.
