Chef Yannick Alléno has previously collaborated with renowned designer, gallerist, and art collector Chahan Minassian on restaurants in Paris and Monte Carlo. It was therefore a natural fit that the flagship restaurant and bar at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane would also bear the signature style of the Lebanese-born interior designer with his cosmopolitan flair: Pavyllon London and Bar Antoine. Through the use of contrasting materials and fabrics in complementary colors, the restaurant and bar combine the chic ambiance of a Parisian apartment with the relaxed atmosphere of a British club.

The kitchen takes center stage, framed by a curved counter inspired by Yannick Alléno’s childhood experiences in Parisian bistros. The open dining area is decorated in the teal tones characteristic of the Pavyllon. Upholstered banquettes, with their flowing curves, evoke a river, and round tables are softly illuminated by Murano glass lamps. Mouth-blown Murano lamps, designed by Chahan Minassian himself, hang from the ceiling, and a striped carpet stretches the entire length of the restaurant.

The artistic centerpiece is a seven-meter-long ceramic wall, specially created by the renowned New York ceramic artist Peter Lane.
