The brasserie Neue Hoheit is located high above the city in the Rosewood Vienna and is the cherry on the cake of the noble hotel – not only in a culinary sense. In the summer, the delicious meals prepared mainly with regional ingredients can be enjoyed on the sunny roof terrace and in the winter the large windows allow a fabulous view of Vienna’s skyline.
The interior design unites coziness with exclusivity and is marked by premium natural materials and fabrics in warm shades. Copper elements set shiny accents, while comfortable upholstery pieces and soft lights assure a homey feeling. Beyond that, fine oak floors in the inside and marble on the roof terrace make for an appealing contrast.
There is also a rooftop bar on the Rosewood with the name Neue Hoheit. The interior is carefully aligned with the restaurant but its subtly different colors and materials create a typical bar atmosphere.
