The design approach taken by Luke Edward Hall is very dreamy. His research starts in the past, with old books and magazines, before he starts designing the rooms of the presence.

For the Hotel Les Deux Gares, that, as the name implies, is located between two train stations, namely the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l’Est, in a district that has received too little attention, the Londoner remembered a Paris of elegant opulence, an exuberant color schema, plush sofas and wallpapers with wild patterns.

The attention to detail is omnipresent: The lamps on the nightstands are decorated with happy drawings of cocktail glasses, French words and the Eiffel Tower.

The pastel sinks in the bathrooms were produced by a small British manufacture according to a vintage sample.
