The spectacular location in the penthouse of a distinct building from the 30s, La Sucrière, is only one of its highlights. The sugar club sees itself as an interdisciplinary space that wants to be neither an institue nor a commercial place. And it doesn’t need to. The broad concert offers as well as creative input from other areas such as graphic design and other innovative cultural areas are compelling. The same is true for its visitors. Within one year, 264 artists like Agoria, Laurent Garnier, Ben Klock, Austra, John Talabot, Roman Flügel and Dixon attracted over 110,000 visitors.
