Founded in 1987 by Vincent and Liliane Moissonnier, the restaurant supposedly closed its doors in 2023.
But appearances are deceiving; without its Michelin stars and the hectic restaurant atmosphere, it’s now reopening with a fresh look and a new concept. The French-inspired bistro now offers light meals and lunch specials only during the day.
But that’s not all: the popular dishes are now also available for takeout. While the transformation may be complete, the refined cuisine of chef Eric Menchon remains unchanged. French food with a relaxed, Rhineland flair.
Chef Eric Menchon’s dishes are also available in the exclusive takeaway box, which visually resembles the bistro and is also sustainable.
