The Landerik is another contribution by GAO architect to Ljubljana’s pulsating restaurant scene. In this case, a tight, long room characterized by arches and high ceilings was staged – an the Zeitgeist in which its building was constructed was considered.

Round mirrors in dark shades make the subtly illuminated arches feel softer and the restaurant bigger. White pendant lamps seem to float in the room and develop a special attraction. The chef’s table, a higher working desk made of cold-rolled strip, creates a boutique feeling.

The unique drift-wood lamps were made by the Slovenian wood specialist and designer Studio Drevo and created specially for the restaurant.
