La Fonda

Even though the Gereonshof definitely is one of Cologne’s most beautiful squares, it is surprisingly considered an insider’s tip of the Rhine River city. So you have to look a bit for it (a small hint: follow the small alley on the Christophstraße) to find this culinary pearl La Fonda.

The restaurant is located in close proximity to the beautiful Qvest Hotel whose makers also designed the Fonda. Accordingly, the topic of style was taken very seriously. The answer: an ambitious mix of design, art and architecture that elegantly embeds the food – from a quick business lunch to an extensive dinner.
