The expertise of Israeli top chef Yossi Elad pairs up with the approach of Frankfurt’s hip gastronomers James & David Ardinast as well as the heart of the main protagonists and owners, the German-Jewish couple Mirit und Ariel Schiff.
At the counter of the open show kitchen, things are as hustling as on Tel Aviv’s Shuk Ha’Camel market and the huge black and white foto collage brings in the vibe of the popular Lala Beach.
