The Norm architects wanted to give this Italian restaurant, which belongs to the Cofoco group, a Mediterranean look. Light yellow walls, azur blue upholstery and many plants remind visitors of trips to sunny southern Europe. But they also wanted to assure the restaurant design fits the Scandic surroundings. Hence they added furniture by Scandinavian design brands and wooden floors from Danish company Dinesen.
