In 2026, Frankfurt takes the spotlight as the world design capital, and Ambiente provides the ultimate platform for creativity, innovation, and contemporary living from the 6th – 10th of February 2026.
Among the Highlights, The Italian Trade Agency – ITA, together with the trade associations CNA, Confartigianato Imprese and FIAC, will present 20 Italian companies exhibiting at Ambiente 2026 in Halls 3.1- J11, J15, J19 and 9.0 – D60., ranging from well-established, internationally recognized brands to dynamic newcomers.
Visitors can explore the breadth of Italian design and creative flair, from elegant interior solutions and home accessories to stylish kitchenware and tableware, experiencing the creativity and craftsmanship that have made Italy a global leader in design. The exhibitors demonstrate how function, aesthetics, and innovation combine to shape modern living spaces and dining experiences. Interesting innovations in both the living sector (interior design, furniture, and home accessories) and the dining sector (tableware, kitchenware, and household items) can be explored, as the Italien companies showcase their expertise and products.
The Italian home and lifestyle market continues to flourish: according to Confcommercio, tableware, kitchenware, and home décor reached €7.62 billion in 2023, driven mainly by kitchen products, while Italy’s furniture sector remains strong with exports of €19.4 billion in 2024.
The Italian Trade Agency – ITA is the Governmental agency that supports the business development of Italian companies abroad and promotes the attraction of foreign investment in Italy.
