Regarding French gourmet pleasures, Kartenberg collaborates with the expertise of Michael Schulz, who recently was responsible chef of the Golvet. The chef stands for a creative French cuisine that comes across in an unconventional manner and focuses on unexpected and new interpretations. The elegant interior with dark greens, heavy curtains, antique chandeliers and golden accents sets a contrast to that.
