The hotel, which emerges from the former Imperial and Royal Military Riding School, was designed by the London-based design firm Goddard Littlefair. The design combines tradition and elegance with Viennese charm and a touch of eccentricity.
The color palette is based on beige and neutral tones and is punctuated by deliberate color accents and material highlights. The 342 guest rooms are open, bright, and exceptionally spacious for a city hotel. In the former orchards of Palais Harrach, guests will find a true urban oasis: A lush garden invites them to linger, while the restaurant and bar offer culinary delights. In bad weather, guests can enjoy the 450-square-meter pool, fitness area with sauna, and steam room.
The Elstar hotel restaurant offers an indoor and an outdoor area as well as a stylish outdoor bar.
