The Hôtel des Horlogers is located only 50 minutes drive from Lausanne in the middle of the 1000 meter high Vallée de Joux. With its avantgarde architecture, the four-star hotel orients itself on the topography of the impressive high valley: flat building structures are arranged in zick-zack shape and nestle elegantly on a hill.
The interior design also mirrors the surrounding landscape: Local materials such as stone and spruce wood let visitors dive into the impressive surroundings of the Vallée de Joux and radiate naturalness and coziness. As a fine contrast to these rustic elements, surface low windows and smooth concrete add a modern touch.
