The 6-floor art nouveau house at the Steinplatz with its olive-green facade has been through a lot. First it was a stately residence, then a grand hotel, a casino, an artist bar and recently a nursing home. After years of vacancy and degradation, the architectoral jewel was now restored and reconstructed and re-opened as a 5-star boutique hotel. The interior design was inspired by Berlin’s 20s style. The design team payed particular attention to a luxurious ambience and natural materials.
