The Pan-Asian culinary art meets the traditional cuisine of the German Baltic Sea – an exciting culinary mixture is guaranteed. The restaurant on the roof of the Hotel Seezeichen not only offers delicious food: Located directly behind the dune on the beach, it offers sea view that is spiced by fresh sea air on the generous roof terrace. roßzügigen Dachterrasse auch noch mit frischer Seeluft gewürzt ist.

Optically, the Herr Hoshi is also a delight: Daniela Schmidt, the wife of owner Oliver Schmidt, has designed the interior with a lot of attention for detail. Further, there is a lot of craftsmanship included: The tables were made in their own carpentry run by Oliver Schmidt nearby. Stylishly combined with chairs by seating manufacturer Freifrau and completed by a mural by Hamburg’s street artist Bobbie Serrano, the restaurant radiates individuality and originality.
