The old stock exchange at Munich’s Lenbachplatz has always had soul. Since 2010 this soul vibrates in the Heart. First dinner and then move the tables to create a dance floor? Nikias Hofmann, Ayhan Durak and Daniel Laurent quickly conquered Munich’s in-crowd with this concept. Because restaurant and club were quickly over-crowded, the trio created a ‘shelter’: the private member club named Hearthouse on the two floors above.
The open restaurant kitchen is only accessible to those willing to pay the yearly fee of 900 Euro or to those taken along by another member.
Also for members only: individual creations like Champagne Society with gin, smoked Japanese tea or grapefruit in the Circle Bar as well as dance floor, bar and seating areas. Welcome!
Architecture
The old stock exchange at the Lenbachplatz was built from 1896 – 1898 as a bank building.
