Architects Thomas Baecker and Bettina Kraus of Berlin’s Büro TBBK were responsible for the interior of the restaurant that was opened in the Spring of 2020 and is not only accessible to members of Munich’s first member club but also to the public.
There is a show kitchen that gives guests a view of cooks at work and a bar that is the center of the room. It is lit up by lights that look like XXL diamonds and that give the green stone tables below them a special glow.
The strategically placed mirrors in the kitchen and on the ceiling give the room an airy feeling and guests an interesting perspective
