Habitual by Ricard Camarena – this is the full name of a restaurant that opened in 2015 and boasts a very special location: the Colón market hall in the former working-class district of L’Eixample, now one of Valencia’s trendiest nightlife districts, is considered an outstanding jewel of Spanish Modernista architecture. Now, the 260 m² Habitual has been renovated with the explicit aim of creating a more sensual atmosphere. The acoustics have been improved, with textiles playing a special role. In addition to sound-absorbing carpets, tablecloths, and plants, textile room dividers also invite guests to enjoy private dinner parties.
It is no coincidence that the surrounding market hall is referred to as a cathedral of indulgence. Numerous snack bars invite you to enjoy vermouth and tapas.
