Frank’s, a conglomerate of bistro, restaurant and club, opened behind the pink facade of the dignified Palais Spinrath.
The fresh interpretation of the classic French style is especially striking, whereby the bistro manages a creative mix of old and new: exposed pipes run along the high ceilings and traditional bistro tables can be found next to contemporary wall coverings in a cool grey.
The custom made suspended lamp is also striking. It is made of recycled carton.
The place mats are hand printed and frame every dish like a piece of art.
