For half a century, this elegant little restaurant near the Ruzafa market has been cultivating culinary traditions – although chef Germán Carrizo, who hails from Argentina, and his congenial partner Carito Lourenço are open to influences from other Spanish regions and Italy.

The design of new premises intended for professional cooking courses and culinary events by interior design firm Coper & Porter underlines the clarity of the consistently pursued concept.

Twelve seats, leather-covered chairs and undecorated, unplastered walls reveal that the focus here is always on the food itself.

The offer is essentially based on a tasting menu with two different wine pairings.
