As the first restaurant in Florida’s South, Etaru offers Japanese Robatayaki cuisine, the Japanese BBQ variant, in a spectacular seafront location at the Hallandal beach.
The multifunctional concept combines a restaurant on the top floor with a ground floor beach club plus bar. The design is mainly based on the use of natural wood and neutral shades that do not distract from the central Robata counter.
And if distracted after all, the eyes can sway across the beautiful landscape terrace towards the ocean blue. Wall and roof panels of Brazilian Ipe wood add a tropical feeling.
The best seats are found in the inner part at the Robata counter . Should that be busy, there are two further community tables for ten people each – ideal for large parties or to meet new people.
