Its location on the historic Waverley and Haymarket Station assures the DoubleTree by Hilton offers glorious views of the Edinburgh Castle. Some of the suites even offer a view onto the black masonry from the bath tubs, which have been intricately placed to enable that. Overall, the interior architects concentrated their efforts on a reduced redesign of the house built in 1892. Lead by the design agency ICA and Dawn Campbell, they chose a contemporary, elegant style that highlights the city’s subtle charm with selected furnishings.

Every August, the Fringe Festival, the world’s largest street art festival, turns the city into a huge stage. Timely reservation is a must!
