Miami’s new Dior flagship store is located in an elegant, white house building made of the concrete material UHPC, which Barbarito Bancel Architects completed in March 2016.
Miami’s sunny beaches and liveliness inspired them to their explicit, dynamic and contemporary design.
Soft, delicate surfaces and lots of marble make their choice of material.
Dior engaged a selection of contemporary artists and designers to reflect the specific code of the label. The results feature an aluminum bench by Terence Main in the entry area and a Video art wall by Oyoram alias Yoram Mevorach. Also worth a credit: Véronique Rivemale’s desk top lamp in the jewelry and watch salon as well as Fredriksson Stallard’s console “Crush” close to the elevator.
