The Dasha is not only another Chinese restaurant in King West, but an address that wants to offer the best of Asia. Lead by Michelin star chef Akira Back, a huge room was created that is furnished in Chinese style and features countless references to the traditional aesthetic of the Great Wall country – combined with industrial details such as brick and steel.
Totally different is the visual of a Geisha looking at guests from the wall or the neon tubes in the shape of traditional Asian roof silhouette. Overall, the entire room concept centers the art of the local chef as the Dasha features a completely open kitchen that serves as the stage for the perfectly orchestrated team.
The original dish “Angry Chicken” is covered with chilis, sesame, peanuts and Szechuan pepper and presented in a nest of fried noodles
