With the conversion of an old industrial building, the former Gösser Hall in the Neues Landgut development area, this working-class district is catching up.
The former beer warehouse of the Gösser brewery has housed the fine-dining restaurant Das Steinhart since September 2023, a project by restaurateurs Florian Steiner and Klaus Hartl.
The architects at Josep opted for a clean concept and Scandinavian style. Subtle industrial romanticism stands in successful contrast to dining tables and wall paneling made of wood. Soft peach, lemon yellow, and dark turquoise characterize the color scheme.
Every Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm there is a brunch with local ingredients, which can be enjoyed in the summer on a 500 square meter terrace.
