The hotel on the shore of the Danube designed by Finnish architect Pekka Helin opened in 1990. Since then it offers a lovely panoramic view of the close by Margaret island. Recently, the lobby received a brand new look and Spanish designer Nathalie Rottenburg gave the premium restaurant an open and elegant character.
The Helia features diverse fitness and wellness offers as well as a thermal bath that is filled with water from the springs of the the Margaret island.
The renovated Danube terrace opens a spectacular view of Budapest’s dynamic XIII. district.
