French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten celebrates Latin American flavors as part of his gastronomic concept developed for the operator Four Seasons Hotel. The green and white tiled floor and natural stone walls create the perfect atmosphere. And let’s not forget the modern rattan chairs, which are grouped around bistro tables around exotic tree islands in the middle of the room.
The romantic lighting design adds to the ambiance: in addition to the main light sources, lanterns hanging from the ceiling bathe the restaurant in a cozy glow. Various curved seating areas with yellow upholstered benches create a particularly intimate atmosphere.
For dessert, we recommend cinnamon churros.
