No complex cooking and no ceremonial service – the city center restaurant C.O.P. stands for instinctive, honest cuisine and a new form of dining experience. Lightness also characterizes the approach of interior designer Julian Epok and Christina Hrdlicka: The elegant Thonet model “580” sets modern accents here. But above all, the homogeneity of the implementation is impressive. All the marble elements such as the food bar, tables and service stations come from one and the same large block from a quarry near Vicenza.
The use of raw materials and a deliberately simple aesthetic pursue a common goal here: they create a warm, emphatically uncomplicated look
