Duc Ngo, Germany’s most famous scene chef when it comes to Asian food, gives the Burbank in the hotel Roomers a Pan-Asian Californian mix.
Developed as a multi-sensorial comfort oasis, the Burbank, named after the Californian city, is light and friendly – also thanks to to the orange plexiglass sheets that create a sundowner flair.
The color palette is classic Californian – green granite, light wooden tables and dove-blue walls dominate the room. The sofas in the comfortable niches are covered in dark golden velvet.
Korean designer Hyunjung Kim enjoys Duc Ngo’s full trust – the UdK-graduate has designed the interior of all of his restaurants
