Tatiana Marčeková and Denis Benek are a couple privately and in business. They are responsible for the design concept of the Bistronomy. The design of the restaurant stands in contrast to the surrounding block buildings and lots of grey concrete.
Regarding the interior, the pair was inspired by its travels. Every detail – from the wood to the choice of plants – is well thought through. The tables were personally designed by Benek. The plant-covered wall and a large Indian marble top that separates the dining area from the kitchen attract a lot of attention.
The meals created by chef Martin Miklošík are also worth mentioning – they prove to be true works of art on the plates.
The restaurant is located in the Einpark office building, one of the world’s most sustainable buildings
