Store
New York

This store hits right in the heart of Manhattan. Italian design label B&B Italia arrived on Madison Avenue – in a prestigious 900 square meter showroom.

The designs of the collections of B&B Italia and its sister brand Maxalto are presented behind five panoramic windows. The store is not the first excursion to the Big Apple. In 1976, founder Piero Ambrogio Busnell opened the very first flagship store on 5th Avenue.

“New York is a very important city for us,” says his son Giorgio four decades later. With the store on Madison Avenue B&B Italia now can count 15 stores on the American continent.

The view onto the house from the other side of the street is a true architectural delicacy.  John B. Snook Sons Studio built the building in 1910 for the  Terry & Tench Company, the construction company that, among others, delivered the steal for the Grand Central Terminal.
