Jacob Holmström’s and Anton Bjuhr’s restaurant Gastrologik got a little sister – a private dining space for up to 14 people that also serves as the development center for the experimental kitchen team.
Just as the adjacent restaurant, the Ateljé was also designed by the Swedish designer Jonas Lindvall. He combines Scandinavian minimalism and warm natural materials to a tasteful piece of art – just like the meals coming out of the kitchen.
Jonas Lindvall is rather known in the city … besides hotels and restaurants he also designed the Ersta Kyrka church in Stockholm.
