The award-winning design studio Yabu Pushelberg did it again: The restaurant Arbor in Hong Kong’s financial quarter is a continuation the Canadian’s designers respected projects, such as for Four Seasons and Park Hyatt.
Arbor already impresses with its address in the H Queen’s building. The architectural icon is the first sky-scraper of the Asian metropolis that is dedicated to the themes of art and lifestyle.
The restaurant is split into a dining and bar area. The color schemes range from subtle red to natural hues to fresh green. Arched ceilings, rounded arcs and gigantic chandeliers add a sense of drama.
Chef Eric Raty kombiniert Japanese ingredients with traditional French cooking techniques and let the forest inspire his menu.
