Initially launched as a pop-up, Chef Mike Lanham’s modern cuisine has finally found a permanent home. The intimate restaurant, which serves an eleven-course menu, is decorated in dark brown tones. This is complemented by walnut wood, soft carpeting, and sculptural pendant lights. The challenge, according to interior designer Andrea Bartley, was to get the most out of the space without sacrificing minimalist aesthetics. One example of this
is the walnut paneling in the private dining room, which was created in collaboration with local carpenter and designer Chung Ah Kim.
The restaurant only has six tables. However, each one offers an excellent view of the open kitchen.
