The name Anantara is derived from an old Sanskrit word and means ‘borderless’. The fact that luxury and amenities of the hotel group know no borders is also proven in their second place in Dubai.

The secluded location on the island of the man-made archipelago The World alone radiates a feeling of borderless freedom. The privacy of the place makes the 70 rooms, suites and villas of the five-star resort an intimate retreat. Especially the ones with balcony, sun deck or terraces endowed private and pool villas are a true oasis for cocooning.

The 40 brightly designed pool villas feature two or four bedrooms and their own beach access– some of them also an outdoor dining area or bathtub. Rattan details and turquoise accents create a vacation flair.

The Ocean View Rooms are a bit more urban, at least visually. The up to 93 square meter large rooms allow a view of Dubai’s skyline from their balconies. Nature fans have the beach directly in front of them in the Beach Pool Rooms. The monochrome color scheme with many natural shades and wood fits the concept perfectly.

On a culinary level, the resort convinces with four restaurants that serve Mediterranean or Arabic-Indian cuisine, South American snacks or sandwiches, coffee or cakes. Borderless joy!

With “Dining by Design” guests enjoy a candle light dinner in a bubble at the beach – accompanied by serene beach sounds!
