The Anantara Santorini Hotel in Abu Dhabi is something of a rare gem. With only 22 rooms, the hotel offers maximum privacy and complete tranquility. Originally designed as a private retreat and inspired by the characteristic whitewashed houses of the Greek island of the same name, the low-rise building blends into the soft sand that disappears into the turquoise water immediately behind it.
The sea can be seen from each of the open-plan rooms, as well as from every other corner of the hotel, giving guests the feeling of staying on an island. Yoga sessions can be enjoyed on the beach, or a game of volleyball can be played. Natural elements are complemented by a palette of white, green, and blue, which is further enhanced by carefully selected local flora and fauna.
The infinity pool spoils you with a breathtaking view over the sea.
