At Mett Barcelona, perched in the quiet hills above the city, the Albarada Restaurant unfolds as a hymn to the Mediterranean. Designed by Astet Studio, the space interprets Mediterranísmo through the lens of Noucentisme, weaving artistry, craftsmanship, and a profound sense of place into every detail. Stepping inside feels like entering a landscape in full conversation with light and earth.

Walls washed in lime and textured plaster glow softly in terracotta, golden yellow, and olive green, colours lifted straight from Catalonia’s terrain. Underfoot and around, smooth stone surfaces recall the rugged coast, while bespoke wooden furniture with organic contours anchors the room in quiet strength. The tactile palette—plaster, wood, stone, and soft natural fabrics—creates an atmosphere at once grounded and serene, designed to invite unhurried meals and lingering conversation.

Ceramic details whisper of Catalan tradition, referencing artisanal craftsmanship and the vibrant Easter festival of La Pascua Florida, where blossoms signal renewal. This infusion of cultural memory gives the restaurant not just beauty, but resonance. The effect is a dining room that balances elegance with warmth, heritage with contemporary refinement.

Guests are drawn into a sensorial experience where design, culture, and gastronomy meet
